A general enquiry needs only your email. You can add your name or company, other contact details, nearest town and province, service interest, project details and preferred timing or general site conditions. Do not include passwords, gate or access codes, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Holmes uses information you submit to review and respond to your enquiry or application and manage follow-up. Sending a request does not create an account, verify ownership of an email address, activate membership or subscribe you to marketing. Service requests, Stewardship applications and interest in working with us are separate choices.
This website uses Google Sites and Google Forms. Google processes information needed to provide those services and may collect browser details, IP addresses and request times. Google Forms may use cookies that last beyond a single visit. See Google’s privacy policy and cookie information. You can contact Holmes by phone or email if you prefer another way to enquire.
The estimators calculate in your browser. If you choose to open a prefilled Google Form, your planning summary is included in that link and sent to Google when it opens; the link may remain in your browser history. Review or edit the summary before submitting. Copying a summary puts it on your clipboard. Opening a Form is not an enquiry submission.
Google’s platform and Form cookies can behave differently from content Holmes controls directly. Browser and Google settings affect whether they are accepted or retained. A control inside an embedded tool does not necessarily control the whole website or Google services.
Holmes keeps request information for review, follow-up and administration. Contact accounts@holmesservices4075.com to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of information you have supplied. Some records may need to be retained for existing work or other obligations.
The regional overview is a static geographic graphic. It does not request your location or load an interactive map provider. Normal external links, including Facebook, take you to another provider’s website and privacy choices.
