These are community references, not public depots or guaranteed service boundaries. Equipment, transport and the work needed are reviewed for each request.
1. Send your request.
Leave your email and, if useful, the nearest town, work needed and preferred timing.
2. Holmes reviews.
We review the location, safe access, equipment, conditions and timing.
3. Confirm the arrangements.
Holmes confirms the proposed scope, charges and visit arrangements before work is accepted. A preferred date is not a booking.
Outside the two main regions?
Ask us. Suitable work between and beyond the hubs is reviewed individually, including transport and available resources.
Is travel included?
Transport requirements depend on the service, equipment location and route. Any applicable charges are confirmed with the proposed work; this map does not define pricing zones.
How much notice for snow clearing?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. Shorter notice depends on availability. Every visit needs a request and confirmation.
Can I choose a date?
Tell us your preferred date. We will review the request and confirm availability. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or dispatch equipment.
Suitable remote consulting and coordination across Canada are considered by agreed scope. Physical work outside the regional operating area needs a separate review of applicable requirements, resources and project suitability.
Use the same inquiry form to describe the support you need and your preferred timing.
